We’re excited to announce our annual trip to the Birdsville Races this September! We’re proud to be one the leading forms of transport to one of Australia’s most iconic outback events, located in the heart of the Australian outback.
This two-day event attracts visitors from all over Australia and features horse racing, a range of entertainment, food and drinks, and camping under the stars! It’s a unique opportunity to experience the outback way of life and witness the excitement of one of Australia’s oldest racing events.
We’re offering a six-day trip to the Birdsville Races this September.

Your journey will begin in Brisbane, where you will board one of our comfortable coaches and travel through the picturesque countryside of Queensland. The journey to Birdsville is an adventure in itself, with stunning scenery and plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife along the way.
Upon arrival in Birdsville, you will be welcomed by the friendly locals and the vibrant atmosphere of the Birdsville Races. There, you will have the opportunity to set up camp under the stars and immerse yourself in the outback way of life.
Your Itinerary in Birdsville
Day 1
The first day of the races features a range of entertainment, including live music, food, drinks, and the famous Fashions on the Field competition. This is a chance to dress up and show off your outback style while enjoying the excitement of the races.
Day 2
The second day is the main event, with a range of horse races taking place throughout the day. This is a chance to witness the skill of some of Australia’s best jockeys as they compete in the outback terrain. You can place a bet on your favourite horse or simply enjoy the atmosphere and cheer on the winners.
In addition to the races, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy during your trip to Birdsville. You can take a scenic flight over the Simpson Desert, explore the town’s historic buildings and landmarks, and learn about the local culture and traditions.
