We have found KBL to be highly dependable. The vehicles consistently arrive on time and the drivers demonstrate excellent knowledge of routes without requiring additional guidance from our staff. Our staff have described the drivers as welcoming, knowledgeable, and flexible. Their positive attitude and willingness to accommodate our needs have made the transportation experience enjoyable for our students and staff alike. We have been impressed with the quality of the vehicles provided, always clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with functioning seatbelts ensuring the safety of our passengers.

We’ve been traveling with Kangaroo Bus Lines for our biennial Instrumental Music tours for many years. This year we traveled to Hervey Bay, and the greater Cooloola Coast area. Our students and staff enjoyed all aspects of our tour. ! Most importantly, our drivers and tour managers were always on call, helpful, flexible and positive throughout the entire experience while dealing with all the complications a large group (90 students) of musicians can entail. Thank you!

A big thank you to your company and driver for our recent trip to Bundaberg. Carol was an excellent driver and got on well with the girls and very helpful in helping us set our gear up. We cannot thank her enough. We have used your company twice now and have had no faults and have had very comfortable rides. We look forward to using your company again next year.

Andy was excellent and truly is a massive credit to your business. He was absolutely outstanding as a driver and went above and beyond to assist with logistics and camp duties. He blended very well with my group which made the trip enjoyable and easy going for everyone. I regard him as the best operator I have encountered thus far and hope he is available again next year.

The Women's Group had another successful day out yesterday visiting Government House and Paddington. I would like to pass on my thanks to Kangaroo Bus Lines, firstly for the beautiful bus we were given - so modern and comfortable. But most of all I would like to commend you on our fabulous bus driver, Toby. We have always appreciated the courtesy and efficiency of the bus drivers.

I wanted to pass on some positive feedback about your drivers and the general level of service Kangaroo Bus Lines provided to Ports Australia groups earlier this week. Mike, our CEO who led the group, couldn’t praise their customer service, punctuality, and great driving more highly. We will definitely be using Kangaroo Bus Lines as our preferred transport provider for our future Brisbane meetings.

I just wanted to thank you for all of your help and assistance over the past week. Your flexibility and willingness to adapt the schedule for our demands was instrumental in helping us provide a top service during our event.
