Given the nature of outback touring to remote areas we are limited in our ability to cater for dietary requirements on our safari tours. Kangaroo Bus Lines can cater for basic dietary concerns including gluten free, lactose free and vegetarian. We also operate a nut and seafood free kitchen. For all other concerns including preservative or food colouring allergies and religious restrictions, passengers may be required to supply a care package to supplement their meals. This will be assessed on an individual basis and it is preferred if these passengers contact our office directly and speak our tour consultants.

Booking Terms & Conditions*

By agreeing to the below I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted Kangaroo Bus Lines’ Booking Terms & Conditions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• To get the most level of enjoyment from this tour
and activities, a moderate level of fitness is recommended.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:

• All bookings must be followed by a deposit of 50% within 14 days. The final balance must be
received by no later than the date stated on your booking confirmation. If payment is not received by the due date, Kangaroo Bus Lines reserves the right to cancel your place on the tour and you will incur cancellation fees. Regular payment instalments are most
welcome and can be made by the following convenient methods – Credit card, EFTPOS, Cheque, Money Order or Cash.

CANCELLATIONS:

• If you cancel a reservation any time prior to the departure of your tour, penalties may apply. Kangaroo Bus Lines strongly recommend you take out adequate travel insurance to cover you against cancellation penalties in the unfortunate event
that you have to cancel your participation on the tour.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR PRICE:

• Items of a personal nature, travel insurance, excess baggage, laundry costs, personal phone calls incurred on your behalf and any other associated costs.

BAGGAGE:

• Luggage is restricted to one bag per person plus sleeping equipment and optional extras including personal esky and fold up camp chair. Please refer to our suggested ‘What to Bring’ list provided.

TOUR CONDITIONS:

• Kangaroo Bus Lines will not accept responsibility for injury, illness or misadventure, loss of goods or possessions or cancellations. Kangaroo Bus Lines is covered by third party insurance.

INSURANCE:

• Kangaroo Bus Lines strongly recommends every passenger take out adequate Travel Insurance.

CHANGES TO THE TOUR & ITINERARY:

• Kangaroo Bus Lines reserves the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary, reservations features and/or means of conveyance without notice. Kangaroo Bus Lines reserves the right to cancel the tour should it not reach minimum numbers and clients will be notified well prior to departure should this occur.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Kangaroo Bus Lines shall be exempt from all liabilities in respect to detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury and by who so ever caused and whatever kind occurring of or to the passenger at the time when the passenger is not
on board a conveyance used or operated by the transportation companies or firms. All ticket coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to those terms and conditions under which the means of transportation or other services provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operators, public carriers, management agents or
agents.
