Your 5 Day Journey ahead

DAY ONE kicks off bright and early in Brisbane with express travel to the Sunshine Coast, where guests will delve into the spicy world of Australia’s finest ginger at The Ginger Factory in Yandina. The morning continues with a visit to the creative hub of the Eumundi Markets, offering unique artisan crafts and delicious street food. From there, the group heads north to Bundaberg, checking in to coastal accommodation at Bargara. The evening is free to explore local dining spots or join a group dinner, before witnessing the wonder of nature with an optional Turtle Hatching Experience.

DAY TWO begins with breakfast before a deep dive into Bundaberg’s rich heritage. Guests can choose between the Bundaberg Rum Distillery Tour, complete with tastings, or visit Bundaberg Brewed Drinks for a non-alcoholic alternative. Then, explore the elegant Fairymead House Sugar Museum to discover the region’s sweet past, followed by a hearty lunch at the historical Old Bundy Tavern. The afternoon brings a scenic drive to Agnes Water, where guests settle in for some well-earned relaxation.

DAY THREE offers two exciting paths: attend the vibrant Agnes Blues Festival or follow an alternative itinerary featuring the Agnes Water Museum, a LARC! + Lunch Tour across Eurimbula National Park’s stunning coastline, and a serene stroll along the Paperbark Trail. The evening wraps up with a breathtaking Sunset Cruise through the Town of 1770, complete with locally sourced platters and unforgettable views. DAY FOUR continues the dual-option adventure. Music lovers can return to the Blues Festival, while others explore the natural and cultural beauty of the area. The day features a Bush Tracks Eco Tour with native bush tucker tastings, the scenic 1770 Butterfly Walk, an afternoon visit to the boutique 1770 Distillery, and kangaroo feeding at Horizon Sanctuary. A final LARC! Afternoon Cruise offers a peaceful farewell to this coastal haven.

DAY FIVE sees the group travel south with a fascinating stop at Snakes Downunder Reptile Park and Zoo in Childers, followed by a visit to the Childers Arts Space and Backpackers Memorial. A relaxed lunch at the charming Carriageway Bistro concludes the journey before heading back to Brisbane in the evening.

From the beginning of our working relationship, the staff at Kangaroo Bus Lines went the extra mile to deliver a personalised and professional service. KBL listened to our specific needs and delivered a plan to ensure these needs were not only met, but exceeded. Working with Kangaroo Bus Lines has been a seamless experience and the level of communication from everyone including the managers to the drivers has been exemplary.
Broncos Leagues Club
We’ve been traveling with Kangaroo Bus Lines for our biennial Instrumental Music tours for many years. This year we traveled to Hervey Bay, and the greater Cooloola Coast area. Our students and staff enjoyed all aspects of our tour. ! Most importantly, our drivers and tour managers were always on call, helpful, flexible and positive throughout the entire experience while dealing with all the complications a large group (90 students) of musicians can entail. Thank you!
Redcliffe State High School
A big thank you to your company and driver for our recent trip to Bundaberg. Carol was an excellent driver and got on well with the girls and very helpful in helping us set our gear up. We cannot thank her enough. We have used your company twice now and have had no faults and have had very comfortable rides. We look forward to using your company again next year.
Beaudesert & District Netball Association
Andy was excellent and truly is a massive credit to your business. He was absolutely outstanding as a driver and went above and beyond to assist with logistics and camp duties. He blended very well with my group which made the trip enjoyable and easy going for everyone. I regard him as the best operator I have encountered thus far and hope he is available again next year.

The Women's Group had another successful day out yesterday visiting Government House and Paddington. I would like to pass on my thanks to Kangaroo Bus Lines, firstly for the beautiful bus we were given - so modern and comfortable. But most of all I would like to commend you on our fabulous bus driver, Toby. We have always appreciated the courtesy and efficiency of the bus drivers.

I wanted to pass on some positive feedback about your drivers and the general level of service Kangaroo Bus Lines provided to Ports Australia groups earlier this week. Mike, our CEO who led the group, couldn’t praise their customer service, punctuality, and great driving more highly. We will definitely be using Kangaroo Bus Lines as our preferred transport provider for our future Brisbane meetings.
Ports Australia
I just wanted to thank you for all of your help and assistance over the past week. Your flexibility and willingness to adapt the schedule for our demands was instrumental in helping us provide a top service during our event. It was a pleasure to work with you and we wish you all the best on your future service!
