In line with government and health authority guidance, we are regularly reviewing our COVID-19 Safe Plan in conjunction with a range of safe and effective controls to keep our people, customers, communities, and fleet as safe as possible.
Our Crisis Management Team continue to evaluate and update our contingency arrangements in accordance with State and National Department of Health alerts, and actively monitor and manage risks associated with COVID-19.
While we pride ourselves on the cleanliness and presentation of our fleet, and already have a rigorous vehicle cleaning schedule in place, we have implemented additional safeguards which can be found below.
We support our employees working remotely to eliminate non-critical travel, have home isolation protocols in place and provide 24/7 confidential support through KBL’s Employee Assistance Program. We are passionate about the health and wellbeing of our community and our teams have the support they need to ensure all our people are fit for work.
Through constant reviews, communication and engagement, we continue to actively stay aware and alert of best practice as it becomes available.
